What we do on the west side
We handle apartment turns and unit renovations.
Paint, flooring, bath resurfacing, fixtures and the clean, priced from the walk. We also take on unit renovations, common-area refreshes and pool decommissions.
The project minimum is $1,500. If you’ve got several units coming vacant, include the details for each.

We send the estimate. Once the work starts you’ll get regular photo updates, and we come back for the punch list. How a turn runs.

Recent work on the west side
- Beaverton, 2024 and 2025. Three apartment units at one community got new cabinets, counters, stainless appliances and paint. Two got LVP throughout, and the third got new LVP in the bedrooms to match the rest of the unit. Two also had their baseboard heat converted to cadet heaters with digital thermostats. In another unit there we put down new LVP and baseboard.
- Beaverton, 2025. A unit at the same community after a flood. We repaired the flood-cut drywall, insulated the exterior walls, skim-coated and put down new underlayment. Then came new kitchen cabinets, quartz counters and backsplash, and new vanities in both bathrooms.
- Hillsboro, 2026. A house with fire-damaged fascia on the front porch. We replaced it, matched the paint and repainted the whole interior.
- Hillsboro, 2025. A house turn with a twenty-foot den wall that needed an extension pole. We also replaced damaged blinds with cordless ones and repainted the damaged doors.
