We managed buildings. We couldn’t find a contractor who understood a turn, so we became one, and then gave it to the crew.
How this started
We managed apartment buildings. Turns were the thing we could never get a decent contractor for.
Not a bad contractor. A residential one. They wanted to talk about finishes while a unit sat empty. The invoice never matched the conversation.
So we became the contractor, built around apartments, so nobody is learning your building on your money. Then we gave the company to the people doing the work.

100% employee-owned. Means the person in your unit has a reason to do it right, because they eat the callback too.
If a punch item is wrong, we come back for it. The crew knows that when they leave.

How we run a job
We manage the project from beginning to end. No surprise invoices, no mid-job handoffs. One number to call, and it’s the number that answers. What we saw on the walk is in the estimate, and if the wall is worse than it looked you hear it that day, not on the bill. When it’s done, we come back for the punch list.
