Recent work in Gresham
- Gresham, November 2025. A unit in a 1972 eight-plex with heavy pet odor after a three-year tenancy. We ran ozone first, skim-coated and textured over the damaged drywall, then primed and painted every wall, door and piece of trim and washed down the cabinets. When we removed the carpet, we found the subfloor coming apart and installed new underlayment.
